My friend witnessed a carjacking this morning. Three men were able to jump in a car after telling a taxi driver with a mzungu in the back seat that he had a flat tire. When he opened his door they all jumped in. The matatu my friend was in and a local police car did not appear to react in anyway. I have no idea who to call about this!
