Incident Report Description

Nairobi City Council are conducting a crack-down to make sure tentants and/or homeowners have proper building permits, licenses to cut down trees on their property, etc. This of course can open up opportunity for fraudsters. Please note that the City Council are required to make an appointment with you before entering your premises. They can't just randomly show up and demand to be let in. And of course, if they do call and make an appointment, make sure when they do arrive that they show proper identification before allowing them entry. Please make your staff aware of this. If you have any questions on further protocal of this nature kindly contact your security provider for more details.
