Police have arrested a woman who has been on the run, over an alleged theft of Sh 20 million from two city banks. Ms Nancy Wangoi Mbuthia appeared before Chief Magistrate Cecilia Githua and denied stealing from the Commercial Bank of Africa and the NIC Bank. (Daily Nation, Tuesday February 9, 2010).
