There is a Silver Nissan Patrol Number Plate GK A045R parked at the corner of Hakati Street and Mfangano Lane (Bus Station area opposite Ukwala Supermarket) with 5 Flying Squad Police Officers Soliciting bribes in conjunction with the traffic police men. They are parked on Mfangano Lane and are driving off only to return a few minutes later. The Traffic Policemen are collecting the bribes and handing them over to the Flying Squad Police Men.
