House break in after conspiracy between house girl and thief. House girl stole keys from building caretaker, gave them to the thief (who was her boyfriend) and he broke in. Thief was captured by the caretaker and handed over to the estate security officers. Unfortunately a mob grabbed the thief from the security guards, beat him up before taking him to the field next to Cental Glass Industries where he was lynched. Un-uniformed police officers and off-duty CID officers were on the scene and were unable (unwilling?) to do anything to change the situation.
